Occlude Athlete – S

The ideal set for blood flow restriction training of the upper body for individuals with a small to medium arm circumference. The set is used by athletes aiming to build strength and muscle mass with low external loads. It is also well suited for physiotherapy and rehabilitation when training both arms simultaneously in a low-impact manner, for example following injury or surgery.
