Return policy

All items may be returned within 14 days from the date you received your order. The right of withdrawal naturally lapses if the product has been used to such an extent that its resale value is reduced. As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item.

If you wish to cancel your order, please do the following

• Use Occlude’s return portal via Shipmondo – you are responsible for the return shipping costs of your item.
• Link for the return portal  https://return.shipmondo.com/occlude – Follow the steps on the return portal.
• Return the item in the same condition and quantity as when you received it. The item must therefore be unused and must not have been washed.
• Return the item in its original packaging and ensure that it is securely packed.
• We will then refund the amount to your account as soon as possible.

Exchange

If you have ordered the wrong size, you may always exchange your item within 14 days from the date of receipt.  The option to exchange naturally lapses if the item has been used to such an extent that its resale value is reduced. As the customer, you are responsible for the cost of exchanging the item. The rules for exchanging an item are the same as those for returns. You should therefore follow the return instructions for the item. Afterwards, you must place a new order yourself for the correct size.
